FROM THE ARCHIVES! The Prairie Bracket Clock began in 1994 as a home woodworking project by longtime Stickley designer Bill DeBlaay. He was pleased with the results and presented his work to CEO Alfred Audi on April 11, which happened to be Mr. Audi's birthday. Both were excited by this accidental birthday gift's potential as an accessory item, so it was launched as part of the Mission Collection. Nearly 7000 clocks were sold!

This is a nice looking clock, but for the price point, it’s much smaller than I thought it would be. In my humble opinion it is not the quality that I have come to expect from Stickley. The clock portion is not what I would expect either. For $400, you’re paying for the brand, not a quality time piece.

It's beautiful, and it's easy to access from the back. There are many arts and crafts or antique clocks out there, but I ordered the Stickley clock to make sure it could tell the correct time.
